Which way?
Don’t know where to start,
too much excitement.
Don’t know where to stop,
haven’t found the song and rhythm that my heart can sing to.
I am not alone in this journey,
friends and loved ones surround me with support, encouragement and laughter.
I am lonely
for I’m searching for the feeling of oneness and synchroncity we once shared.
I have a purpose and goal
though the road is taking so many twists and turns.
I am at a standstill

I’m Not There…
Look for the trail I left behind.
You’ll understand my intention, my goal, my vision..
Find the notes that describe a path
to hope, freedom and abundance.
Delve into the vision where all can share glory, success and riches.
My vision and knowledge comes from experience that I was open to and explored.
I shared all I had and all I knew,
but no one wanted it,
no one cared.
My skills were honed from my journey
that few would wanted to travel.
This was my choice for which I am grateful.
My accomplishments were not selfish.
my intentions were for the most selfless of motives possible.
To help others,
To make a difference.
If you can’t see what I intended,
don’t look with your eyes.
You can see and hear them with your heart.
I am not there, but my heart is.

I am not your enemy
When you confided in me,
I kept your secrets.
When you were in danger,
I warned you.
When your friends conspired against you,
I spoke in your defense.
When your colleagues discounted your skills and contribution,
I expounded on your genius, strength and accomplishments.
When you faced personal struggles,
I prayed for your renewed happiness and health.
When you found yourself in strange lands,
I sent you trusted people for you not to be alone.
When you assigned me a challenge,
I accomplished and executed successfully and credited all to you.
When asked about you,
I spoke the truth. You are a trusted friend that I have and always will respect.
Others’ jealousy and envy have poisoned our friendship
for they want what we still have. RESPECT.
You know me.
Am I your friend or foe?
Only you can decide.

The Peace of Silence
To be deep in thought
without the chatter of mindless worry.
To observe beauty of
without needing to possess it.
To be present in a crowd
and be comfortable with my solitude.
To experience touch
and not react violently.
To hear the crowds
but only feel the silence.
The silence of my mind is the greatest peace I’ve ever known.

The emptiness
The Emptiness
Not feeling, sensing, needing, wanting, craving…
No passion, anger, laughter, sorrow
To not need is to be contented or to merely exist without passion?
To not crave is to be satisfied or to not care enough to be hurt again?
To be alive should contain the miracle of excitement, communication, feeling.
Is the world so over-stimulated that we just become numb to any form of conflict?
Or do we just create conflict to continue the need to be over-stimulated?
To create a need of importance that is so shallow to cover the emptiness of our soul?
Shouldn’t we just feel in order to live fully?
